So who are they? Who are the people behind the Glasgow food scene making it what it is today? As part of my quest to get up close and personal with the Glasgow food scene I have decided to interview the people behind it. I’m going to try to interview people from very varied areas of the food scene and not just people who own or work in restaurants.
